#What is the difference between emergency service and normal service?
It usually takes 3 to 5 working days for normal service retouching. Our urgent service only takes 48 hours to complete the revision and return the manuscript. We suggest that you use this service for customers who need to submit the revised manuscript to the journal or have special time requirements. If the number of words in the manuscript is more than 5000 words, please contact the customer service to confirm the time of returning the manuscript.
#What is the charge for express service?
For urgent service, an additional 50% of the original normal service order price will be charged.
What is the process of emergency service?
1) Log in to Toedit website and select the appropriate service type, upload the manuscript to be modified in word format online, and indicate the modification requirements in the remarks. However, due to the uncertainty of the number of words, the specialty and the time arrangement of the editor, please pay for the urgent order after the audit is completed;
2) After the opening of Toedit, we will help you to make payment in time and confirm with your payment staff.
3) Complete the modification within 48 hours and send it to your registered email address. Orders with more than 5000 words will be modified and sent to the customer's registered email address before negotiating with the customer on the return time.
